Technical Information

Sample Format:

 

• All samples are recorded in 24bit, 48 kHz or 96kHz, stereo or mono.

 

 

Instrument Format:

 

• Full Version of Kontakt is required.

• All instruments are in .nki format for Native Instruments Kontakt, requiring a
  Full Version of Kontakt.

• Please check each instrument for particular compatibility with a version of Kontakt.

Update May 2025 - the latest release Autoharp and Taishogoto requires the Full Version of Kontakt v6.7.1 or above.

 

Quality:

 

• We endeavor to keep the size of our libraries as small as possible for best performance and CPU usage. In saying that we also want to create the best sounding and most usable instruments we are capable of.

• A few of our patches can be quite large as some of our samples are over a minute long and we try to give as many velocity levels and round robins as we think each instrument requires.
